Insurance, Leaseholders & Occupants

Yes. A minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage is required and must be uploaded to the iris portal.

A liability-only policy will be placed on your behalf and billed to your account.

Affordable housing applicants may be exempt.

Leaseholders are financially responsible and sign the lease. Occupants live in the unit but are not financially responsible.
