All applicants and prospective occupants aged 18 and older must submit an application.

Yes, guarantors are accepted to support applications if needed.

Vacant or on-notice apartments can be held for up to 30 days.

Rhino allows approved applicants to use a security deposit alternative. It is a licensed insurance product. Additional details are available at SayRhino.com. Not available for furnished or corporate leases.

You will receive a registration link approximately 48 hours before move-in.

Income, Credit & Screening

Household income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent.

Guarantors must earn at least 4x the monthly rent.

Applicants must provide proof of income within 48 hours of request. This can include uploaded documents or direct payroll/bank verification.

Approval is based on multiple credit factors, not just credit score.

Applicants with an active bankruptcy within the past 2 years will be denied.

Yes, for all applicants 18 and older.

Felony convictions within the past 7 years and certain misdemeanors within the past 3 years related to violence, drugs, fraud, or sex offenses may result in denial.

Valid government-issued photo ID is required.

Additional documentation may be required if fraud alerts are triggered during screening.
